We all know that history repeats itself, right? So, maybe we should consider adding something to the No Child Left Behind curriculum. Maybe we should have a "How History Repeats Itself and Repetition Prevention" class (purposeful irony) in the schools. Perhaps learning from our mistakes would help us evolve.

Humans aren't proactive. Meaning we won't do anything until there's no other choice, and by then it's usually too late.
I am positive humans are only here on this earth to liberate all the sequestered carbon (oil), and once the carbon is back in the system to be used by biomass, the asteroid will come and the planet will start all over again.
So, you're saying that my making the same mistakes over and over again is avoidable? Hmmm ....
